SNW's Making Energy Work Winter Webinar: Oregon's Rural and Agricultural Energy Transition

Join Wy'East RC&D in attending Sustainable Northwest's final webinar of 2025 to learn more about what work is being done at the intersection of clean energy and the state's rural and agricultural communities. During the call, Wy'East will be discussing updates on USDA's Rural Energy for America Program (REAP) grant. At this time we anticipate that REAP reimbursement grants can fund up to 25% of energy efficiency improvement projects or renewable energy system projects for the small business/applicant's use.

Additionally, the Oregon Department of Energy will present on the Oregon Rural & Agricultural Energy Assistance (ORAEA) program information including business eligibility, how to access the program, ways that participants can save energy and money, and more details about how an energy assessment can help you plan for the future. As a reminder, this program offers technical assistance and energy program navigation to any rural or agricultural organization and formal energy assessments to businesses that meet the eligibility requirements for a REAP grant application.

This webinar is free for anyone to attend on Dec 9, 2025 at 1:00 PM! Please register here https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/ZfcqPPmkREqCFJAgrf2sRw?mc_cid=7c33a0bca5&mc_eid=560d717ef6#/registration
